CoreLink is operated by ConceptCore (EU). All data is stored in the EU (Paris region). We collect only what the platform needs to work.

What is public: your display name, headline, images, categories, seniority, location, links, badges, and the date your availability was last confirmed — on your profile page, which you control and can set to private at any time.

What only approved recruiters see: your availability status and work type, your day-rate band (if you set one), and — only when they explicitly reveal it — the contact email address you chose. Every reveal is logged and rate-limited. Recruiter accounts are manually approved by ConceptCore; there is no bulk export.

Emails: we send sign-in links, availability check-ins (with one-click pause), and service notifications. No marketing without separate consent.

Your rights: you can edit or hide your profile anytime. Full account deletion and data export are available on request at hello@conceptcore.co (self-serve deletion ships shortly).
